Welcome to the Support and Services section.

Getting access to the right kind of information can be invaluable, which is why B&BF provides a whole range of literature, from general information on symptoms and coping strategies through to more in-depth clinical advice and treatment options. 

In our Library section you will find patient specific information, including our range of easy to read booklets which look at bladders and bowels in more detail and explain the possible causes, symptoms and treatment options available.  More specific information on medication, products, diet and exercise, and emotional well-being is available from our fact sheets.  Our popular Just Can’t Wait Card is a must for those of you who may need access to a toilet quickly when out and about.  We also have a number of books, written by specialists and clinicians, available to purchase.

B&BF's magazine is published twice a year and will make sure you are kept up to date with all the latest news.  To guarantee you receive your copy, please consider becoming a member and help us to help other people.

Having someone to talk to can be a great help and source of comfort and you will find information in this section on how to contact one of our support groups across the UK.

Our resources are available to everyone and most of the information is free of charge, however, we do charge a small fee for bulk orders to cover postage and packing costs.
