Toilet Card
People tell us time and time again that one of the biggest problems they face is finding a toilet they can use when they are out and about.
Help is at hand in the shape of our Just Can't Wait toilet card. This is a small, credit sized card, designed to fit easily into your purse, wallet or pocket. You can show this card when you are out shopping and socialising and it may help you gain access to a toilet.
The toilet card clearly states that the card holder has a medical condition which requires the urgent need of a toilet. Although the card does not guarantee you access to a toilet, most places you visit will be willing to help you.
As a national charity reliant on donations to fund our work, we do ask that you make a donation of £5.00 towards the cost of sending out a card. This £5.00 donation covers the cost of producing the card, associated administration work and postage. If you would like us to send you a Just Can't Wait toilet card, you can apply online, phone us, email us, or send us a cheque with your details and we'd be happy to send you a card in the post.
How to get your toilet card:
Please complete the application using the form at the end of this page or use the Form button at the top of the page.
Or, phone us on 01536 533255 and we can take a donation of £5.00 by card over the phone and we'll send the toilet card in the post to you.
Or, you can send us an email with your name and address and we can send you an application form in the post.

Or, write to us enclosing a cheque for £5.00 made payable to B&BF (Please include your name and address) and we'll send the toilet card to you in the post.
Why not become a registered supporter. You will receive our toilet card, our magazine published twice a year and get access to our other online resources and information.

Gift Aid donation
If you are making a donation and you are a UK tax payer, you can help our charity increase the value of gifts of money we receive by selecting the Gift Aid Donation button below. This enables our charity to reclaim the tax on your donation from the HMRC.
The Basic rate of tax is 20 per cent, so this means for example that a £10 donation with Gift Aid is worth £12.50 to our charity.
This is a secure application form. To receive your toilet card, please complete all sections, indicating what your current symptoms/conditions are using the tick boxes and press send. You will then be taken to PayPal to make your payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay online. Your application will be confirmed by email to the email address you have given us and you will receive your toilet card in the post. Cards will be posted as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your card.
