Health Professional Registered Supporter

As a registered health professional supporter you will have access to all our online resources to read and download, access to our Continence Clinic Database service, receive copies of our bi-annual magazine and receive discounts on any bulk orders of resources. You will need to login each time you visit our website to fully access these services. 

Annual registered support for health professionals is only £20.00 per person per year. 

This is a secure application form. You will need to complete all sections of the form inc the CAPTCHA Code box at the bottom. This box stops our systems from being over-run with SPAM.  Please type in the code exactly as you see it displayed.

Once you've completed all parts of the form and clicked send, you'll be taken to a holding page where you'll confirm whether you'd like to Gift Aid your payment. Please click the option that suits your circumstances.  You will then be taken to PayPal to make your payment, you do not need a PayPal account to complete this transaction. If someone else makes the PayPal payment for you, please could you either send us a message in PayPal confirming this or alternatively, please email us oninfo@bladderandbowelfoundation.org confirming the name of the payer and whom the payment is on behalf of. This will ensure that we can tie up payments received to the registered supporters name.

When you have completed your payment and had this confirmed by Paypal (on screen acceptance), please redirect back to the B&BF website to activate your account. You should then be able to login using your chosen username and password and start accessing information. If you don't redirect back to the B&BF website at this point, we will manually activate your login which may take a little longer to process.

Your registration and login details will be confirmed by email to the email address you have given us.

Once registered you will automatically receive the next issue of our magazine, published in January and July each year. Details of registered supporter's online services can be viewed using the link boxes at the bottom of this page or by visiting our Resources Section.

Renewing your support

If you have been a B&BF supporter for a year, your supporter account will be due for renewal. To find out the date of your renewal please log into your Supporters Account where you'll see the date. If you need to renew now, please follow the links and on screen instructions to continue supporting B&BF. 

Please don't use the below form to renew as this will duplicate your account.
