Pathway to Success is a free step-by-step booklet that's been created to help people who are worried that they may have a bladder problem.
The booklet contains detailed information on the different bladder control problems, as well as lifestyle tips, advice on speaking to your doctor, and a 'Setting Goals' table and 'Bladder Diary' to fill in yourself.
By filling in the bladder diary and taking it to your consultation, along with the Urgency Perception Scale, you can help your doctor to assess the impact your bladder problem is having on your life and the types of treatment that may be most beneficial.
Pathway to Success is intended to accompany you from the start of your journey, helping you to indentify and understand the problem, through to its treatment.

Pathway to Success is a step by step journey that's been created to help men and women who are worried that they may have a bladder control problem. The aim of the booklet is to help you find out what condition your symptoms may relate to and to give you the information you need to begin taking back control and to start getting better.
Your journey is divided into four steps and includes a Bladder Diary at the back of the booklet. The Bladder Diary is yours to fill in so that you're able to keep track of your progress and be aware of any changes to your bladder habits. It's a good idea to take the Bladder Diary with you when you see your doctor, nurse, continence advisor or other healthcare professional, as it will help them to see how the condition is affecting you, and also how well your treatment may be working.
The Pathway to Success has been developed with the help of patients like yourself to ensure that the information provided is valuable. You can find find their personal stories throughout the booklet.
