The helpline is operated via an answer phone service and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can leave your message at any time and will need to include your name and a telephone number so one of the helpline nurses can call you back. Calls are returned during office hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturday mornings.
Our helpline staff can provide general medical advice and information relating to continence management however they cannot diagnose conditions. For a diagnosis you will need to make an appointment to see your doctor, local continence nurse or health professional for a full assessment.
