Helpline
Please take your first step towards a better quality of life and call our confidential helpline today. If you would like medical advice or simply need to talk to someone about your options, please call us on 0845 345 0165.
Our health professionals are available from Monday to Friday during office hours to call you at your convenience. The service is operated via an answer phone which is open to callers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to leave your name and a telephone number so we can call you back.
The helpline is a totally confidential telephone service providing specialist nursing support for people affected by either bladder or bowel control problems or both. It is staffed by specialist continence nurses and physiotherapists who bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over many years working with patients who suffer from a variety of bladder and bowel control symptoms.
Whilst our helpline staff can provide general medical advice and information, they cannot diagnose conditions and you should also make an appointment to see your doctor, continence nurse or health professional for a full assessment.
Information on symptoms and conditions associated with bladder and bowel control problems can be found in our main Bladder Section and Bowel Section, including treatment options and related information.
