Health Professionals
The Bladder and Bowel Foundation works closely with healthcare professionals, providing information and support materials for patients to improve standards of diagnosis, management and care. We recognise that the partnership between patients and service providers is vital to improving knowledge and understanding.
B&BF will continue to promote a closer working relationship with all healthcare professionals involved, either directly or indirectly, in the care and support of people with bladder and/or bowel problems. By working together, we aim to raise awareness, improve the patient experience and make sure that everyone who needs it has free access to effective, modern help, enabling them to enjoy a greater quality of life.
We provide a range of educational resources and patient information for health professionals to use to support their patients and you can find details of these resources using the link boxes below. Our registered health professional supporter scheme will give you access to a range of online information and resources to read and download, as well as acccess to our Continence Clinic Database service and copies of our bi-annual magazine in the post. You will also receive discounts on any bulk orders of resources.
