Bladder Investigations

Once you have visited your doctor or continence nurse, and they have taken your medical history and perhaps carried out a preliminary physical examination, they may recommend some more detailed investigations to find out more about your bladder problems and how they can be treated and cured, or at least - managed. Some of the tests you will come across are explained in this section. These are usually carried out in a hospital or specialist clinic under the supervision of a Consultant.
